The following steps outline how to create an app on Amazon that utilizes Amazon Login in a web application.

  1. Visit the Amazon developer portal and sign in with your Amazon app developer account.
  2. Navigate to the Login with Amazon

  1.  Now, click on the “Create New Security app” button and enter the details for your app.

  1. Add Security App Name, Description, and Privacy Policy Page Link of your site. Optional: Add the “Consent Logo Image” and click the Save button.

  1. Now that your Security Profile has been created, click the settings icon on the right side and go to Web Settings to add a Redirect URL.

  1. Now, click on Edit to add your Site URL to the Allowed Origins, and add the Redirect URL to the Allowed Redirect URLs, copied from the Amazon provider configuration in the LoginPress Amazon Social Login settings.

Then add the redirect URL in Amazon web settings.

  1. Click on the 'Save Changes' button.
  2. Return to the Login with Amazon screen, and click 'Show Client ID and Client Secret'.

  1. Now, copy and paste the Client ID and Client Secret in the respective fields in the LoginPress Amazon social login settings.

  1. Simply click on the 'Save Changes' button after entering all information and verifying the app settings. 

Now, you can see the Amazon social login button on the WordPress forms.
